 Web comics and cartoons are everywhere on the web.  All types, styles, qualities and genre.

 This free site has been created for all comic and cartoon artists and writers to swap ideas, find that perfect pose or solve a creative problem that they have run into.  It is also a meeting site for those artists needing writers and writers needing artists.

 Hopefully, as new members arrive WCS will also have a growing number of sites for its visitors to be entertained by.
